Con't, yesterday's word; I'VE GOT TO DO BETTER! You have to prove some things. That's why David said; 1 Samuel 17:39; And David girded his sword upon his armour, and he assayed to go; for he had not proved it. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them. And David put them off him. Philippians 3:13; Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, v14; I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. It has to cost you some things; 2 Samuel 24:24; And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the Lord my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. Philippians 3:8; Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, v9; And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. "I'VE GOT TO DO BETTER"! 2 Samuel 24:18-25; v18; And Gad came that day to David, and said unto him, Go up, rear an altar unto the Lord in the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite. Matthew 6:33; But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 2 Samuel 24:19; And David, according to the saying of Gad, went up as the Lord commanded. v21; And Araunah said, Wherefore is my lord the king come to his servant? And David said, To buy the threshingfloor of thee, to build an altar unto the Lord, that the plague may be stayed from the people. Luke 14:28; For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 2 Samuel 24:22; And Araunah said unto David, Let my lord the king take and offer up what seemeth good unto him: behold, here be oxen for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and other instruments of the oxen for wood. v23; All these things did Araunah, as a king, give unto the king. And Araunah said unto the king, The Lord thy God accept thee. 2 Peter 1:20; Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 2 Samuel 24:24; And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the Lord my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. "I'VE GOT TO DO BETTER"! 2 Peter 1:21; For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Psalm 127:1; Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. "I'VE GOT TO DO BETTER"! Proverbs 3:5; Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 2 Samuel 24:25; And David built there an altar unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the Lord was intreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel. "I'VE GOT TO DO BETTER"! Proverbs 3:6; In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 16:7; When a man's ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him. 2 Corinthians 6:17; Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. POWER IN SUFFERING! 1 Corinthians 15:58; Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Hannah; 1 Samuel 1:6; And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the Lord had shut up her womb. v9; So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh; (place of peace.) v15; And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the Lord. v17; Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him. POWER IN SUFFERING! Mark 10:29; Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, v30; But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. v31; But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. POWER IN SUFFERING! 2 Corinthians 12:9; And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. v10; Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. POWER IN SUFFERING! 1 Peter 5:10; But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. POWER IN SUFFERING! 2 Timothy 2:12; If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us. POWER IN SUFFERING! Overseer/Apostle

AFFORDABLE; reasonably priced. Romans 12:1; I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. v2; And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Isaiah 1:18; Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. v19; If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land. CARE; feel concern; look after and provide for the needs of. 1 Peter 5:7; Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Proverbs 3:5; Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. v6; In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT! John 3:16; For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT! 1 Peter 5:6; Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT! Overseer/Apostle

A GOT WORD! John 20:29; Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. 2 Samuel 6:10; So David would not remove the ark of the Lord unto him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obed-edom the Gittite. v11; And the ark of the Lord continued in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and the Lord blessed Obed-edom, and all his household. AHAB OR JEZEBEL? YOU GOT THE TIME; 2 Peter 3:9; The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. v11; Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness. GET THE WORD! 1 Kings 21:20; And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the Lord. v23; And of Jezebel also spake the Lord, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel. v24; Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat. v25; But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the Lord, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up. GET THE WORD! v27; And it came to pass, when Ahab heard those words, that he rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his flesh, and fasted, and lay in sackcloth, and went softly. Are They Ever Going To Change? Romans 7:18; For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. The Lord speaking to Elijah; 1 Kings 19:18; Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him. Are They Ever Going To Change? Elijah in obedience, to the Lord; 1 Kings 19:19; So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him. The Lord's word unto us; Deuteronomy 30:11; For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. v14; But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. "IT'S A MINDSET"! SOUND IS NOT JUST A NOISE; 2 Corinthians 9:7; Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. BUT, ALSO SOUND IS UNMOVEABLE! 2 Timothy 1:12; For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. v13; Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. SOUND! Job 2:7; So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown. v9; Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die. v10; But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips. SOUND! 2 Timothy 1:7; For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. SOUND! Titus 2:1; But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. v7; In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, v8; Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you. "MAKING A POINT"! Ephesians 6:17; And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. FIRST you have to be; Romans 12:2; And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. SECOND, you have to have the word in mind, that is sharp enough to make the point; Hebrews 4:12; For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword. THIRD, you have to stick to your point; Hebrews 10:23; Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) John 6:68; Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. "POINT MADE"! Then comes the challenge; 1 Peter 4:4; Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you. Job 2:9; Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die. LAST, the ruling stands; Isaiah 55:11; So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. RULING on the field; John 8:31; If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed. Numbers 23:20; Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. John 8:32; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. "POINT MADE"! Matthew 24:35; Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. "MAKING A POINT"! Paul put it to the church this way; 1 Corinthians 15:31; I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. v35; But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come? v36; Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die. 1 Timothy 4:8; For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. "BEING RELIGIOUS"! Matthew 15:8; This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. v9; But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Genesis 3:4; And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: v5; For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. THAT'S....; 2 Timothy 3:5; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. "STOP BEING RELIGIOUS"! Psalm 127:1; Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. Romans 12:1; That ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Philippians 1:21; For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. "STOP BEING RELIGIOUS"! 1 Corinthians 15:58; Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. "BEING RELIGIOUS"! Genesis 4:3; And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. "STOP BEING RELIGIOUS"! v4; And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering: v6; And the Lord said unto Cain, v7; If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. John 4:24; God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. "BEING RELIGIOUS STOP IT"! "BUT THE UNGODLY"! 2 Timothy 3:4; Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; v5; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. "BUT THE UNGODLY"? 1 Peter 4:18; And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the UNGODLY and the sinner appear? "BUT THE UNGODLY"? Decline, disapprove, fail, insufficient, reject and denied. THAT'S IT! Philippians 3:7; But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. v8; Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ.
