But, instead, it was cause he had lost his presence. v10; And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 2 Corinthians 4:3; But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. "WHERE ART THOU?" Judges 16:19; And she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him. v20; And she said, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not that the Lord was departed from him. In both instances, they had lost the presence of the Lord. One disobedience, the other outright sin.
