Good day to you! You know I have heard of us as being a form of a cult. Not because the people look at me as being a God. But instead cause we take the word of God to the extreme; Isaiah 62:12; And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken. To the extreme, Acts 26:24; And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee made. v25; But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness. A people of liberty, Acts 5:19; But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said, v20; Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life. So I patiently sought the Lord about their saying of us, and this was his response. If they wanted church, they wanted it casually. Casual; without definite or serious intention. A missing of; Philippians 4:5; Let your moderation be known unto all men, The Lord is at hand. Casual; irregular or occasional. Too many folks in our day don’t bother to go to church at all, or else they do the routine every other Sunday, or perhaps the once-a-month in their attendance. They have an argument with the word of God. Hebrews 10:25; Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Living stones, 1 Peter 2:5, it’s impossible to do this alone. When you don’t go to church regular you’re a stumbling blocks. Thomas irregular worshipper, John 20:24-25. Casual; indifferent to what is happening. John 6:60; Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? Finally, I liken us to treating our word, like our cell phone. We carry it everywhere we go, flip through it throughout the day. We go home to get it if we forgot it. We receive messages from the text. We couldn’t live without it. We receive it as a gift from our parent. It’s available for all emergencies and any and all conversations. An another thing, it will never be disconnected as Jesus has already paid the bill in full. Even This Is A Teaching! Apostle
