“Worth the Wait!” Matthew 19:16; And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? v17; And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: (but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.) “Worth the Wait. Luke 12:23; The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. Matthew 19:21; Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.  2 Timothy 2:4; No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. Matthew 19:22; But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Colossians 2:17-23; v22; Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? “Worth the Wait!” Matthew 19:24; And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. v25; When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? Hebrews 10:23; Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Matthew 19:26; But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. “Worth the Wait!” Matthew 19:27; Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? Peter begins to worry about his chances of being saved. In addition, he begins to wonder if leaving everything behind to follow the Lord, is Worth it. Luke 9:62; And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Matthew 19:29; And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. That’s why the rewards he offers for obedience and service to him appeal to those who long for something more than material prosperity. Philippians 4:11; Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. “Worth the Wait!” John 12:25; He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. “Worth the Wait!” Teaching!
